ROS AGRO PLC announces the change of the Annual Blackout period

ROS AGRO PLC announces amendments to the Code of Conduct. The commencement of the Annual Blackout period has been reduced from 60 to 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date of publishing the annual financial report of the business results of ROS AGRO PLC, or, if such a period is shorter, the period from the end of the relevant financial year until the announcement date (inclusive). Expiration of the Annual Blackout period is 48 hours after the date of publishing the annual financial report of the business results of ROS AGRO PLC. The Quarterly Blackout period remained unchanged.
