Change of Auditor

The Company announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed Baker Tilly Channel Islands Limited ("Baker Tilly") as the Company's new external auditor with effect from today's date.

Baker Tilly will conduct the audit of the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the financial year to 30 June 2021. Any proposal to re-appoint Baker Tilly in respect of the financial year beginning 1 July 2021 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2021 AGM.

Following the tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has resigned by notice to the Company under section 113B(7) of the of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the "Law") and has confirmed that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Group for the purposes of section 113B(9) of the Law.
