Statement regarding potential acquisition

Wilmcote Holdings plc ('Wilmcote' or the 'Company') announces that, further to the statement made on 4 June 2019 and following the progression of talks, it remains in active discussions regarding the potential acquisition of Arclin Inc. and is now discussing an updated transaction structure.

The discussions are ongoing and as such there is no certainty that any transaction will proceed. The Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended pending a further announcement as appropriate.
