Information concerning the Transfer of shares - Notification of disposal

Dated February 2, 2022

Coal Energy S.A. received the following statement by one of its shareholders; Lycaste Holdings Limited:

"Following several share purchase agreements dated 15.12.2021, Lycaste Holding Limited decided to transfer 6 684 151 of its own shares of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") to certain managers or employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Therefore, Lycaste Holding Limited has disposed of 14,84% shares in the Company and owns today 60,15% of shares of Coal Energy S.A. and remains the majority shareholder."
