Geveran Trading Co. Limited ("Geveran") has, on 6 March 2025, settled a total return swap ("TRS") agreement in Mowi ASA ("Mowi") with underlying financial exposure to 4,000,000 shares in Mowi expiring today. Geveran has subsequently entered into a new total return swap agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Mowi with an expiry date on 5 June 2025 and a strike price of NOK 200.7039 per share. Geveran also owns 74,289,287 shares in Mowi, equal to 14.37 percent of the issued shares and votes in Mowi. Following the TRS swap and including the shares owned, Geveran’s financial exposure in Mowi is unchanged at 78,289,287 shares representing 15.14 percent of the share capital of Mowi.
