Listing Application

Ross Group Plc ("RGP" or the "Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 21,340,104 Ordinary Shares, which is expected to become effective on or around Friday, 25 January 2019.

The shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, have been issued as full and final consideration in relation to the previously announced acquisition of Archipelago Aquaculture Group Ltd, which has recently completed.
