COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION, RE-ADMISSION OF ORDINARY SHARES TO TRADING ON AIM AND CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY TO SIMEC ATLANTIS ENERGY LIMITED

Completion of Acquisition, re-admission of Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and change of name of the Company to SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited

The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of SIMEC Uskmouth Power Limited has today been completed, and that all the Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Acquisition and the Placing have been admitted to trading on AIM.  The Company's existing Ordinary Shares have also today been re-admitted to trading on AIM.  In addition, the Company's name has changed to SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited and the Company's new TIDM is "SAE".
