MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT UPDATE ON MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA'S SELF-TENDER TIMETABLE AND EXTENDS ACCEPTANCE PERIOD

MOTA-ENGIL, SGPS, S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that, following the announcements made on 11 and 26 October 2015, its subsidiary MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA N.V. ("MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA") announced the extension of the initial acceptance period of the process for acquisition of its own shares, from 17:40 hours CET on 24 November 2015, to 17:40 hours CET on 3 December 2015.

As announced on 12 November 2015, Euronext Amsterdam has approved MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA's request for delisting of MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA shares so that, in accordance with the Euronext Rules, delisting will take place on 10 December 2015, with 9 December 2015 as last trading date on Euronext Amsterdam, subject to MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA's extraordinary general meeting approval.
