MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE FACT THAT MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA WILL NOT WITHHOLD DIVIDEND TAX IN THE PROCESS OF REPURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

MOTA-ENGIL, SGPS, S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that its subsidiary MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA N.V. ("MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA") announced today that it will not be withholding any Dutch dividend tax (dividendbelasting) on the payment, at settlement, of the price of EUR 6.1235 per share to be paid to shareholders tendering their shares under the process for repurchase of own shares commenced by MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA on 27 October 2015.
