TWO CONTRACT AWARDS IN COLOMBIA FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURES

MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") announces the award of two framework contracts, namely "Antioquia - Eje Cafetero - Pacific - 5,611 Classes" and "Caribbean 1-4376 Classes", for the development of several educational infrastructure projects in Colombia, amounting to COL\$465 billion and COL\$440 billion, respectively. Following these awards, MOTA-ENGIL'S order book in Colombia increased by around €280 million.

The two framework contracts, which are part of an extensive Government program that covers the whole country, have an execution period of 36 months and will be implemented through several "design and build" projects to be developed in each of the selected regions.

These contracts reflect MOTA-ENGIL's strategy execution success towards the goal of geographic and portfolio diversification.
