Following a communication to the market on October 13 regarding the execution of an agreement for the sale of the Infrastructures & Managed Services business to VINCI Energies Portugal, SGPS, SA ("Agreement"), Novabase, Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, SA ("Novabase"), public company, has, under the terms and for the purposes of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code, to inform that the transaction has been completed on the present date.
The estimated final price of €44,037,242.00 (forty four million, thirty seven thousand and two hundred and forty two euros), paid on this date, is still subject to deductions, resulting from the final calculation of working capital and net debt, according to market practice and under the terms defined in the Agreement.
The accounting impacts of this sale will be, in due course, reflected in Novabase's accounts and disclosed to the market.
