Dividend to shareholders of 15 euro cents per share

Lisbon, 14th February 2019

Novabase – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. ("Novabase") hereby informs the intention of the Board of Directors to propose, at the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the distribution of 4.7 Million Euros to shareholders. This payment, equal to 99.4% of the consolidated net profit, represents a dividend of 15 euro cents per share.

The implementation of this dividend proposal will be subject to market conditions, a financial and accounting status at Novabase allowing its execution, approval at the appropriate corporate board meetings and/or the General Meeting of Shareholders and applicable legal and regulatory terms and conditions, together with other factors deemed relevant by the Board of Directors from time to time.
