MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE AWARD OF NEW CONTRACTS IN KENYA WORTH CIRCA 100 MILLION EUROS

MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL"), informs about the signature of two new contracts for the design, construction, operation and maintenance during a ten-year period of two road networks in Kenya.

The design and construction phases will have an execution period of 720 days and the operation and maintenance phases will last for 8 years. The construction component of the above-referred contracts will arise to circa 100 million euros, which will be invoiced during the construction and maintenance period.

With these awards, MOTA-ENGIL reinforces its backlog in the Africa region, through two long-term contracts, which will allow a stable turnover and cash flows arising from that continent.
