MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A. (MOTA-ENGIL) hereby informs about the signing, by MOTA-ENGIL ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÃO ÁFRICA, S.A. (MOTA-ENGIL AFRICA) of a mining contract in Guinea-Conacry.
The above-referred mining contract worth circa of 220 million euros, will have an estimated period of execution of 6 years and 9 months and includes, essentially, mining services in a gold mine held by Société des Mines de Mandiana, S.A..
The award of this contract is another relevant example of the commercial performance of MOTA-ENGIL in Africa, and in the mining sector in particular, continuing this continent to be a cornerstone of the Group's development.
