PROPOSAL APPROVED AT THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF MOTA-ENGIL SGPS, S.A. OF JANUARY 7TH, 2021

In compliance with the legislation in force, MOTA-ENGIL SGPS, S.A. informs that, at the Shareholders' General Meeting held today, January 7th, 2021, was approved by 99.458% of the votes cast, the single point of the agenda ("Discuss and deliberate on the partial amendment of the Company's Articles of Association through the addition of a new article that will be Article Sixth-A ") thus authorizing the Board of Directors to decide to increase the share capital up to 100 million new shares of 1 euro and to define all its terms and characteristics as explained in the proposal.
