Novabase - Sociedade Gestora de Participacoes Sociais, SA (hereinafter "Novabase") hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of article 1 (e) of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, that, in compliance with the resolutions taken by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13 March 2023, in the terms previously disclosed to the market and following the announcement of the results of the partial and voluntary public tender offer for acquisition of Novabase's own shares, whose preliminary announcement was disclosed by the Board of Directors on 16 February 2023 ("Offer"), Novabase has submitted to registry before the Commercial Registry Office the reduction of its share capital from EUR 942,041.82 (nine hundred and forty-two thousand, forty-one euros and eighty-two cents) to EUR 835,285.32 (eight hundred and thirty-five thousand, two hundred and eighty-five euros and thirty-two cents), through the cancellation of 3,558,550 (three million, five hundred and fifty-eight thousand, five hundred and fifty) own shares acquired in the context of the Offer.

This operation has already been registered with the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office.

As a result of the registration of said operation, the share capital of Novabase amounts to EUR 835,285.32, (eight hundred and thirty-five thousand, two hundred and eighty-five euros and thirty-two cents), being represented by 27,842,844 (twenty-seven million, eight hundred and forty-two thousand, eight hundred and forty-four) ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.03 (three cents) each.
