Under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of article 29-R of the Securities Code and article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 16, we inform that we have received from the person indicated below, considered a person discharging managerial responsibilities, the following communication of transaction over Mota-Engil SGPS, S.A. bonds ("Obrigações ligadas à Sustentabilidade Mota-Engil 2023-2028" - PTMENIOM0008):
