Mota-Engil S.G.P.S., S.A. ("MOTA-ENGIL") informs that its subsidiaries in Latin America signed new contracts worth more than €350 million.
MOTA-ENGIL PERU, S.A. signed two new contracts worth c.€150 million with Peru's Government. The first contract envisages the construction of a road bridge in the province of San Martin, with an execution period of 36 months. The second contract is related to maintenance services of a 450 km road network in the province of Juliaca - Puno, and with an expected duration of 60 months.
With these contracts, MOTA-ENGIL has won c.€420 million of new contracts in 2024 in Peru, which is one of its core markets.
Furthermore, MOTA-ENGIL also won several new infrastructure contracts in the region that amount to €200 million, thus reinforcing its presence in Latin America, a strategic market where at March, the GROUP had a backlog of €4.2 billion.
