INFORMATION ON THE RESULT OF THE SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE FOR THE ISSUE OF NEW SHARES TO BE ATTRIBUTED TO SHARES TO BE ALLOCATED TO SHAREHOLDERS WHO OPTED TO RECEIVE THE DIVIDEND IN KIND

Novabase - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. ("Novabase") hereby informs, under the terms and for the applicable legal purposes, herein announces that the amount of the above-mentioned capital increase, as a result of the cash contributions made by the Company's shareholders who opted to receive the dividend in kind, was €37,980,842.39, corresponding to the issue of 9,234,565 new shares ("New Shares"). The capital increase was subscribed by shareholders holding shares representing around 80 per cent of the share capital entitled to the dividend.

As a result, Novabase will have a share capital of €1,072,866.06, represented by 35,762,202 ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of €0.03 each.

The New Shares will be fungible with the Issuer's other shares and will confer on the shareholders, from the date of their issue, the same rights as the shares existing prior to the said capital increase.

The capital increase is expected to be registered with the Commercial Registry Office tomorrow, 26 June, and the New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Lisbon regulated market from 28 June 2024 (inclusive), under the ISIN code PTNBA0AM0006.
