MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT SHARES TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the terms and for the purposes of the applicable legislation, we inform that we have received from Mrs. Maria Sílvia Fonseca Vasconcelos Mota, considered a person discharging managerial responsibilities in what regards Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. under the Article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities Code, the following communication of shares transactions:
