MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE AWARD OF A NEW CONTRACT IN BRAZIL WORTH AROUND 200 MILLION EUROS

MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A. (MOTA-ENGIL) informs that its subsidiary in Brazil has signed a new contract with Petrobras - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. worth around 200 million euros.

The new contract, worth around R\$1.2 billion, aims to provide maintenance and repair services in maritime production units, including platform ships for oil and gas extraction, as well as the supply of materials, it will last 50 months and the activities will be carried out off the Campos Basin, in the Rio de Janeiro municipality.

With this contract, MOTA-ENGIL continues to reinforce its presence in Brazil, particularly with current strategic customers, as well as increasing its backlog in the Latin American region.
