Update on Directors' Interests

Atlantis has been notified by John Neill that as included in the Admission Document, he was a director of HCSU29 Limited and subsequently resigned on 6 June 2014. On the 19 March 2015, when John was no longer a director of HCSU29 Limited, the company entered into creditors voluntary liquidation, although we note that this is yet to be finalised but is expected to do so in due course.

Michael Lloyd was a director of Willoughby (873) Limited from 5 June 2013 and resigned on 24 April 2015.

Timothy Cornelius has been a director of ARC Operations (Singapore) Pte Ltd since 11 February 2014.
