HALMA plc VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Halma plc ('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 July 2016 is unchanged at 379,645,332. Halma holds 940,421 shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 378,704,911. The above figure of 378,704,911 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
