Halma, the leading safety, health and environmental technology group, today confirms, as previously announced, that Stephen Pettit, the Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee chairman, has retired from the Board effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 23 July 2015.  Tony Rice succeeds Stephen as Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee chair.
