Copies of these documents and the Proxy Form are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Final Results, containing information required under rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules were released on 11 June 2015 and are also available on the Company's website.
