HALMA plc TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTION
Halma plc announces that on 14 January 2015 it purchased 113,274 ordinary shares of 10p each at a weighted average price of 681.7548p per share. The highest price paid was 687.0p per share and the lowest price paid was 670.5p per share. This represents 0.0298 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The purchased shares will not be subject to cancellation and will all be held as treasury shares in order to satisfy awards under the Halma plc Performance Share Plan 2005. In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following this purchase Halma plc holds 1,192,785 shares as treasury shares and the total number of voting rights (shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 378,408,019.
