DIRECTOR'S AND PDMR'S SHARE TRANSACTIONS

In accordance with 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules, notification is hereby given of the following transactions in Halma shares:

1.    Halma has received notification that Roy Twite, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 641.5p per share on 3 September 2014. 

After the above transaction, the beneficial holding of Roy Twite in the ordinary shares of Halma plc amounts to 2,000 shares (0.0005% of the issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares).

2.   Halma has also received notification that as a result of the participation of Martin Zhang (PDMR) in the Halma Dividend Re-investment Plan ('DRIP') and the final dividend paid on 20 August 2014 at the rate of 6.82p per share, Martin Zhang's beneficial holding in the ordinary shares of the Company increases by 475 shares to 57,268 shares (0.0151% of the issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares).  The DRIP shares were acquired at 626.1779p per share on 1 September 2014.
