PDMR's INTEREST IN SHARES

Halma has today received notification that on 26 November 2013, Allan Stamper, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 400 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his son for nil consideration.

After the above transaction, Mr Stamper has an interest in 130,482 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0345% of the issued share capital of the Company.
