ROS AGRO PLC announces that the member of the Board of Directors has bought the Company's GDRs
Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, in March has bought 32,163 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. His current stake in the Company is 7.4% (excluding treasury shares).
