Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, in March has bought 32,163 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of the transaction, Maxim Basov owns 1,000,000 shares and 4,936,719 GDRs. His current stake in the Company is 7.4% (excluding treasury shares).
