Fagron NV announces today that a court case was filed on July 18th against Fagron NV (the "Company"), Fagron Holdings USA, LLC and certain former directors of the Company by one of the nine former owners of AnazaoHealth (acquired by Fagron in April 2015) in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The former owner is seeking damages in relation to the acquisition transaction somewhere in the range of US\$ 10 million to US\$ 20 million. Fagron contests all allegations and the entire claim and will respond in court to the allegations and claims made.

In the event of differences between the English translation and the Dutch original of this press release, the latter prevails.
