On April 11, 2022 The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has acquired 100% ownership of NN Investment Partners Holdings NV ("NNIP") andhence it has now the indirect control over the positions held/managed by NNIP, i.e. NN Investment Partners International Holdings BV, NN Investment Partners Belgium SA and NN Investment Partners BV.

On April 11, 2022 a power of attorney relating to the Asset Management Agreement has been signed between NN Re (Netherlands) NV and NN Investment Partners BV.

These powers of attorney take effect as of April 11, 2022 and will terminate on the date that the Asset Management Agreements terminate.

As a consequence, the Investment Manager, NN Investment Partners BV, can exercise the voting rights attached to the shares at its discretion in the absence of specific instructions.
