Reference is made to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2011 and the results of the ballots, which are available on http://www.barco.com/en/investors.
Following the recommendation of the board of directors the general meeting fixed the gross dividend over 2010 at one (1.00) euro per fully paid up share.
The dividend payment date has been set at Wednesday 25 May 2011.
The general meeting acknowledged the fact that the mandate of Mr Jan Pieter Oosterveld and Dr. ir. Vandeurzen Management Firm NV, permanently represented by Mr Urbain Vandeurzen, expired at the end of this annual general meeting.
The general meeting decided to appoint as a director of Barco NV for a duration of three (3) years as of the closing of this annual general meeting until the closing of the annual general meeting of 2014, Oosterveld Nederland BV, a company with registered office at Javalaan 107, 5631DB Eindhoven, The Netherlands, permanently represented by Mr Jan Pieter Oosterveld, living at Javalaan 107, 5631DB Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
The general meeting decided to re-appoint as an independent director of Barco NV for a duration of four (4) years as of the closing of this annual general meeting until the closing of the annual general meeting of 2015, Dr. ir. Vandeurzen Management Firm NV, a company with registered office at Jachthuislaan 19, 3210 Linden, Belgium, permanently represented by Mr Urbain Vandeurzen, living at Jachthuislaan 19, 3210 Linden, Belgium.
