In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th May 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 02nd June 2014 till 06th June 2014 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8th May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 54,456 shares for a total amount of 3,044,783.0 euro. This corresponds to 0.42% of the total shares outstanding.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 769,662 shares on the date of 6th June 2014.
