In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th May 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 07th July 2014 till 11th July 2014 the following transactions took place.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 772,629 shares on the date of 11th July 2014.
