In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7 May 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 20 October 2014 till 24 October 2014 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8 May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 204,439 shares for a total amount of 11,392,924.0 euro. This corresponds to 1.57% of the total shares outstanding.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 877,645 shares on the date of 24 October 2014.
