In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7 November 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 10 November 2014 till 14 November 2014 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8 May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 220,778 shares for a total amount of 12,340,657.0 euro. This corresponds to 1.70% of the total shares outstanding.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 893,984 shares on the date of 14 November 2014.
