Update Share Buyback Program (15 April 2015)

Kortrijk, Belgium, 15 April 2015 – In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7 November 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 7 April 2015 till 10 April 2015 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8 May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 319,917 shares for a total amount of 17,938,219.0 euro. This corresponds to 2.46% of the total shares outstanding.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 967,623 shares on the date of 10 April 2015.
