Kortrijk, Belgium, 07 May 2015 – In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7 November 2014, the company reports today that during the period from 27 April 2015 till 01 May 2015 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 8 May 2014, Barco NV has bought back 336,475 shares for a total amount of 18,874,392.0 euro. This corresponds to 2.59% of the total shares outstanding.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts now to 984,181 shares on the date of 01 May 2015.
