Disposal of own shares by Barco NV

Kortrijk, Belgium, 14 October 2021, 18.00 hrs – Pursuant to article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019, Barco NV discloses the disposal of 154,779 shares outside the stock exchange following the exercise of stock options.

As a result, and following the current share buyback program, the total number of own shares held by Barco NV as per 8th October 2021 increased from 2,875,095 (as per 30/06/2021) to 3,112,121 (out of a total of 92,170,255 shares or 3.38%).
