Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 25 October 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 18th October 2021 till 22nd October 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 455,937 shares for a total amount of 8,491,663.65 euros. This corresponds to 75.99 % of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,176,253 shares on the date of 22nd October 2021.
