Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 3 November 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 25th October 2021 till 29th October 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 461,590 shares for a total amount of 8,599,837.06 euros. This corresponds to 76.93% of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,181,906 shares on the date of 29th October 2021.
