Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 15 November 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the f ramework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period f rom 8th November 2021 till 12th November 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 475,909 shares for a total amount of 8,881,223.95 euros. This corresponds to 79.32% of the program completed.

Af ter aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,196,225 shares on the date of 12th November 2021.
