Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 2 December 2021, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 29th November 2021 till 1st December 2021 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 600,000 shares for a total amount of 11,185,986.19 euros. This corresponds to 100 % of the program completed.

As a result thereof, Barco's share buy-back program has been completed on 1st December 2021.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,320,316 shares on the date of 1st December 2021.
