Kortrijk, Belgium, 26 February 2024, 18.30 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.
Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 18th December 2023, the company reports today that during the period from 19 February 2024 till 23 February 2024 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 19th December 2023, Barco NV has bought back 2,000,000 shares for a total amount of 32,611,232 euros. This corresponds to 100% of the program completed.
As a result thereof, Barco's share buy-back program has been completed on 23rd February 2024.
After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 4,335,943 shares on the date of 23rd February 2024.
