The following primary insider in Multiconsult ASA has purchased shares in

Multiconsult ASA:

Sverre Hurum, who serves as director in the board of directors in Multiconsult

ASA has on 11 February 2025 purchased 13 973 shares in Multiconsult ASA

purchased at an average price of NOK 184.5654 per share and will after the

transaction hold 34 973 shares in Multiconsult ASA.

In addition, Havgatt AS holds 866 shares in Multiconsult. Mr. Hurum owns 50% of

the shares in Havgatt AS, the remaining 50% is owned by a related party to Mr.

Hurum.
