COMELF S.A. hereby notifies its shareholders and investors that as of October 25th, 2017, Mr. Stoian Dorin Radu has willingly stepped down and no longer acts as General Manager on behalf of our Company. Therefore, the Managing Board, according to its powers awarded to it by the Company's Articles of Incorporation, i.e. art.13, letter c), has approved the appointment of Mr. Cenușă Gheorghe as General Manager of COMELF S.A., for an indefinite period. Such appointment has entered into force on October 25th, 2017.
