DECLARATION

The undersigned GRIGORE FILIP, acting as President of the Board of Directors and General Director of AEROSTAR S.A. and DORU DAMASCHIN, as Vice-President of the Board of Directors and Financial Director of AEROSTAR S.A., assume responsibility for the preparation of the individual financial statements as of 30.06.2018 and confirm that:

• a) The financial and accounting statement for the first semester of 2018, which was prepared according to the applicable accounting regulations, provides a fair and consistent view of the assets, liabilities, financial position, profit and loss account of Aerostar S.A. Bacau;
• b) The Report of the Board of Directors on the first semester of 2018, prepared according to the provisions of the Regulation no. 5/ 2018 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority – ANNEX no. 14, presents correctly and completely the information regarding Aerostar S.A. Bacau.
