Subject: - Increase of the Issuer's Share Capital and Other Information

Čakovečki mlinovi, Inc., Čakovec (hereinafter: the Issuer) hereby informs the investment public that the Commercial Court in Varaždin issued a decision on January 31, 2025, which was published on February 1, 2025, under business number Tt-25/276-2, registering the increase of the Issuer's share capital in the court register. The share capital has been increased from EUR 13,657,177.00 by EUR 7,605,016.93 to a total of EUR 21,262,193.93.

The share capital increase was carried out through contributions in rights (more details available in the Issuer's announcement "General Assembly 15.1.2025 - Decisions and Voting Results"; link: https://eho.zse.hr/obavijestiizdavatelja/view/58811).

Following this, the Central Depository and Clearing Company (SKDD) will proceed with the registration of 5,730,000 new shares, which will be issued as ordinary registered shares without a nominal value in dematerialized form. Upon successful completion of the registration process, the Issuer's share capital will be divided into 16,020,000 ordinary dematerialized registered shares without a nominal value.

In addition to the aforementioned, the decision of the Commercial Court in Varaždin, business number Tt-25/276- 2, dated January 31, 2025, also registered changes in the Issuer's business activities within its scope of operations, as well as amendments to the provisions of the Issuer's Articles of Association.
