Subject: - Shareholders' Notice – Dividend Payment

Pursuant to Article 476, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette NN 65/18, 17/20, 83/21, 151/22, 85/24), and following the Decision of the General Assembly of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. on the payment of dividends from retained earnings generated in 2018, 2019, and 2020, Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. hereby notifies shareholders that the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. ( hereinafter: SKDD), Zagreb, has on January 30, 2025, executed the payment of taxable dividends to the shareholders of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. in the amount of EUR 0.49 per share.

In accordance with Article 94, Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax Act (Official Gazette NN 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 32/20, 138/20, 151/22, 114/23, 152/24), the taxable dividend is subject to a 12% advance income tax rate.

The right to dividend payment was granted to shareholders whose accounts in SKDD held registered CKML-R-A shares as of January 21, 2025.

Shareholders who have not received their dividend payment as of today, despite being entitled to it, will receive a notice from SKDD regarding the reasons for the payment's inability to be processed.
